SuiteAmerica is a boutique corporate housing company that works with companies to provide housing world-wide for new hires that are moving to new locations. 98% of the company’s efforts focused on B2B clients. Part of the rebrand work I led was the redesign of key materials to aid the sales team, and materials for the new associates of our clients. I also create multi-channel campaigns to drive various aspects of the business. 

Some things you will see:

1. Rebrand of company to disrupt and drive differentiation in a fairly stagnant, uniform industry of larger players. 

2. Campaign design and language utilized in digital (CRM, web, social) and print in large format direct mail "posters" scaled to be be too large for the standard mail slot, ensuring the eye catching piece would land directly on a sales contacts desk. 

3. A modular folder & material system to hold and deliver customized sales materials (B2B) and "welcome" materials for the transferee/new hire (B2B2C). Materials included fitted sales brochures for various programs, location guide books, move in/move out materials, business cards for sales or operations contacts. 

4. Destination Services materials and digital tools for a specialized white-glove service. These included sales brochures and advertising as well as an interactive micro-site where prospective new hires could preview potential home locations and itinerary, review throughout their tour, and provide a status update to back end operations teams.
